James Williams: I got an online special pricing for a rental car through Europcar, but could not book it online. I called Europcar and told them about the price and car I was trying to book, so they booked it for me over the phone. My experience with picking up the car, driving it and dropping it off was good, however, the final price was three times more than I agreed to. I went back to Europcar and asked them about the final price, the agent said I didn't book online so I did not get the online price. I explained the online price while booking over the phone and I was misled into thinking I was getting the online price. To make it worse, the agent printed the receipt and threw it on the table, saying bye with attitude, as if to kick me out. I usually get exceptional customer service because of my positive attitude but this was the worst ever.
