- imtiaz riaz: NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was terrible! I did a reservation online for a car, and I paid all. I went to the office, and there i gived my reservation number and SURPRISED !!!!! The responsable told me that she is sorry but she did a mistake.... she gived my car for an other person ! She mixed the reservation number, and then she just told me that she is sorry but they have no more car for me.... So finally she send me to the airport, where they have a car for me for and sure.... And then, at the airport they told me that i have to paid EXTRA CHARGES for the airport. I explain that my reservation was not for the airport but in the city office, i booked in the city office because i know the airport charges are very expensive and they just said NO, I HAVE TO PAY..... So never make a reservation with them !!!!
